Read and drill into a chart
Understand what an On-Live chart counts, open the visits behind any point, adjust the chart for yourself, and export its numbers.
Every chart on an On-Live dashboard says what it counts, and every point on it leads to the visits behind it. Use this page to read a chart, drill from a number to the replays, and change how the chart looks.
Before you begin
- On-Live is enabled and has recorded sessions.
- Any role can read, drill into, adjust and export charts. To save a change for everyone or to use Edit with Flami, you need the Editor, Admin or Owner role.
Open a dashboard and set the period
In the sidebar, under Flamio On-Live, click Analytics — or open another dashboard from Dashboards at its top right. Set the period in the filter bar, for example Last 7 days, Last 30 days or All time.
Check what the chart counts
Hover the info icon beside the chart's title. For the full picture, open the chart's … menu and click Definition: it spells out the measure, who is counted, the period and the filters.
Under the chart you see how many visits it counts, a Low data chip when there are few, and when it was Updated.
Drill into a point
Click a point on a line, a bar, or a table row. A panel lists the visits behind it, 50 per page. To list every visit of the chart, open … and click View visits. Click a visit to open its replay.
Result
You can go from any number on a dashboard to the replays that make it up.
Adjust a chart for yourself
Click the sliders icon beside the chart's … menu, and change any of:
- Period
- Interval
- Split by
- Chart — the chart type
- Compare with the previous period
A Modified chip appears on the chart, and the change is yours only. Click Reset to bring back the saved chart. If you are an editor, click Save to keep the change for everyone.
Change a chart with Flami
If you are an editor, the chart's … menu starts with Edit with Flami. The Flami panel opens on a new chat about this chart, and the chip above the input reads Editing with the chart's name. Ask for the change in your own words — split it by country, show it as bars — and Flami saves it wherever the chart is shown. Click the chip's ✕ (Stop pointing Flami at this) to let go of the chart. See Flami.
Export a chart's numbers
Open the chart's … menu and click Export CSV. The file holds the chart's numbers with its definition. Refresh asks for fresh numbers.
Charts are the main way to get numbers out of On-Live. Visits, sessions and issues have no export or raw-data API. The other CSV is the Site Map's Transitions list — see Find the pages that hurt most. For programmatic access, create a key in Settings > API & MCP and query the project from an AI client over MCP.
Funnel charts
A funnel on a dashboard draws its steps as bars counted in people, and says how many people were in scope and how many entered. Click a step for the people who Dropped there or Continued, with their visits.
Its … menu has Edit with Flami, Definition, Export CSV and Refresh. A funnel chart has no sliders and no View visits. See Build a funnel.
