Flamio On-Live

Flamio On-Live

Record how real visitors use your site and app, and see the issues, pages and releases that hurt their experience.

Flamio On-Live records what real visitors do on your website and in your mobile app, and shows you where they struggle. You install a small SDK once. From then on, every visit becomes a replay you can watch, and problems that repeat across visits come together as issues, ranked by how much they hurt.

What you get

  • Replays of real visits. Watch any visit from start to finish, across every tab the visitor opened, with errors and page speed beside the player.
  • Issues. Recurring problems, such as rage clicks, dead clicks, error pages and slow pages, ranked by impact and linked to example replays.
  • A health snapshot. The Overview shows a UX score from 0 to 100, headline numbers, and what needs attention right now.
  • Worst pages and real paths. The Site Map shows how visitors move between pages and which pages frustrate them most.
  • Funnels. Define the path you care about and see where people drop off, and where they went instead.
  • Release impact. See whether the UX score went up or down after each release.
  • Dashboards. Ready-made charts for traffic, conversion, friction, errors, page speed and AI assistants, and your own dashboards built from them.
  • A daily digest. Yesterday's numbers, top issues and an optional AI summary, in the app and in a Slack channel.
  • People and agents apart. On-Live tells people from AI agents, test automation and crawlers, and leaves agents out of the numbers unless you choose to see them.

How it works at a glance

  1. You add the Flamio web SDK to your site with your project key. For a mobile app, you point the official Datadog SDK at Flamio instead.
  2. Visitors use your site as usual. The SDK records the page, clicks, scrolls, navigation, console errors, failed requests and page speed. What visitors type is never recorded.
  3. Each visit appears in Visits as a replay. Flamio marks the moments where the visitor struggled.
  4. Problems that repeat across visits become issues. The Overview, Site Map, funnels, dashboards and digest are all built from the same visits.

Everything belongs to one project. Pick the project in the sidebar project switcher, and every On-Live screen shows its data.

Limitations

  • On-Live does not stream a visit live. Instead, open a visit that carries the green Live pill in Visits to replay what has been uploaded so far, and reload the page for the rest.
  • On-Live does not overlay click or scroll heatmaps on your pages. Instead, use Most-struggled elements and Scroll depth by page on Analytics, and a page's Frustration rate, Struggle breakdown and Top struggles on the Site Map.
  • You cannot define your own conversion goals or send custom events. Flamio detects goals from your pages, and the SDK has no event call. Instead, build a funnel from the pages in order, or ask Flami to create one.
  • Issues have no assignee, snooze or due date, and cannot be exported as tasks. Instead, mark each issue Resolved or Ignored, and use Flami verification to check whether an issue is real.
  • Flamio does not alert you the moment an issue appears or traffic stops. Instead, turn on the daily digest with New critical issues and Growing critical issues, and deliver it to a public Slack channel.
  • You cannot export visits, sessions or issues, and there is no raw-data API. Instead, use Export CSV on a dashboard chart or on the Site Map's Transitions list, or query the project from an AI client over MCP with a key from Settings > API & MCP.
  • You cannot delete one visitor's recordings from the app. Instead, write to contact@flamio.org for an erasure request, and use masking and page rules to stop capturing that data going forward.
