Find the pages that hurt most
Rank your pages by UX score and frustration on the On-Live Site Map, and see what visitors struggle with on each one.
The Site Map shows how visitors move through your site and which pages frustrate them. Switch it to a list to rank pages and open the struggles behind each one.
Before you begin
- On-Live is enabled and has recorded sessions. Otherwise the page shows Flamio On-Live not enabled or Waiting for data... with a link to Setup.
- Any role can use the Site Map.
Open the Site Map
In the sidebar, under Flamio On-Live, click Site Map. It opens on Graph, the Interactive user flow graph.
Switch to the list
Click List in the control at the top right. The subtitle changes to Pages ranked by UX score.
Sort the pages
On the Pages tab, click a column header to sort:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| UX score | 0–100, higher is better. |
| Frustration | Share of visits that ran into a serious friction on this page. |
| Impact | Fix-first priority: how many frustrated visits the page causes. |
| Visits | Visits that opened the page. |
| Struggles | Friction moments on the page. |
| Exit | Share of visits that ended on this page. |
| Avg time | Average time on the page. |
Open a page
Click a page row. A side panel opens with Visits, Frustration rate, Struggles, Fix priority (impact), Avg time on page and Exits, then Struggle breakdown by friction type and Came from / Went to.
Switch the panel to its Frictions tab, or click View all → under Top struggles, for every friction on that page.
See how visitors move between pages
Switch the list to the Transitions tab: each row is a move From one page To another, with how often it happened. Type in Filter by page… to narrow it, and click Export CSV to download the numbers.
Read the graph
Back on Graph, pages are nodes and the lines between them are traffic. Pick Backbone for only the main path into each page, Flows (the default) for the strongest flows too, or Dense for more of the long tail. Click the expand icon for Full screen; press Esc to leave it.
Result
You know which pages to fix first and what visitors struggle with on each. When the filters match nothing, the map reads No navigation data for current filters.
There is no click or scroll heatmap drawn over a page. The nearest data is a page's Frustration rate, Struggle breakdown and Top struggles here, and Most-struggled elements and Scroll depth by page on Analytics.
