Watch a visit replay
Find a visitor's journey in On-Live and replay it end to end, with its frictions, errors, page speed and traffic class.
Every recorded visit in Flamio On-Live is a replay you can watch from start to finish. Find the visit in Visits, open it, and jump straight to the moments where the visitor struggled.
A visit is one person's journey through your site. If they open several tabs, each tab is a session, and the visit stitches them into one replay.
Before you begin
- The web SDK is installed and has recorded at least one session. See Install the web SDK.
- Any role can watch replays.
Open Visits
In the sidebar, under Flamio On-Live, click Visits. The list reads Every visitor journey — open any to watch it end to end and counts the visits that match.
Narrow the list
Use the filter bar above the list:
- The date picker sets the period.
- User email finds one identified person. See Identify your visitors.
- Entry URL keeps visits that started on a page.
- All devices narrows to Desktop, Mobile or Tablet. All sources narrows to Web, iOS or Android.
- Traffic chooses people, agents or both. See Read the Overview.
- Has friction keeps visits where the visitor struggled.
- meta key=value filters by a trait you passed to
identify.
Click Clear to remove every filter except the period.
Put the worst visits first
Switch the control on the right from Recent to Worst UX first.
Each row shows the Visitor (their name or email, or Anonymous), Pages, Duration and Started. Pills mark a visit still in progress (Live), a visit made by an agent, and how many friction moments the visit had.
Open the replay
Click a row. The Visit replay page opens and starts playing.
Control playback
- Play and pause with the transport bar. Back 10s and Forward 10s step around.
- Pick a speed from 0.5× to 8×, and turn on Skip inactivity to jump over idle stretches.
- The timeline under the player marks the friction moments.
Read the side panel
The right-hand panel has these tabs. Clicking any entry seeks the player to that moment.

| Traffic | Who produced the session — a person or an agent — and the reasons under Why we think so. Wrong class? lets you tell Flamio the class is wrong. |
Move between tabs of the visit
If the visit spans several tabs, the Sessions in this visit rail under the player lists each one. Click a session, or one of its pages, to jump there.
Result
You watch the visitor's whole journey, and you can jump from any friction, error or page straight to the moment it happened.
Visits still in progress
On-Live replays recordings; it does not stream them. A visit still in progress carries a green Live pill. You can open its replay, but it plays only what had been uploaded when you opened it. Reload the page to pick up the rest.
