Flamio On-Live

Friction types

What each kind of friction in On-Live means — the names you see on issues, in replays, on the Site Map and in charts.

A friction is a moment where a visitor struggled. Flamio On-Live names each one by type. You see these names on issues, on the replay timeline and its Issues tab, in a page's Struggle breakdown on the Site Map, and in the Friction by type chart.

How issues rank them

Every issue shows a severity — High, Medium or Low — and an Impact score. Impact combines how many people are hit, how often, and how many leave afterwards, so the problems that cost you the most visitors come first.
