Choose a product
Which Flamio product answers your question — Scout, On-Live or Vision — and what each one needs before it shows a result.
Flamio has three products that look at your user experience from different sides, and one assistant that answers questions about all of them. Pick the product by the question you want answered and by what you can set up today.
Which product for which question
| Your question | Product | Who uses your site | What it needs | First result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| "What breaks for a visitor on my site?" | Flamio Scout (beta) | An AI tester in a real browser | Only the site address | In minutes, on the run page |
| "Where do my real visitors struggle?" | Flamio On-Live | Your real visitors | The Flamio web SDK deployed on your site, or the mobile setup in your app | As soon as real traffic arrives |
| "Can people complete this specific task?" | Flamio Vision | Testers you invite | A task you write, and testers on a Chromium browser with the Flamio extension | After your testers finish their recordings |
All three belong to a project. Switch the project in the sidebar and every product page shows that project's data.
Flamio Scout
Scout opens your site in a real browser and walks it like a visitor. It reports the problems it meets, with screenshots and a suggested fix for each. You don't need testers, traffic or code changes, so it is the fastest way to a first report.
Start in the sidebar: Flamio Scout. See Flamio Scout.
Flamio On-Live
On-Live records how real people use your live site — and your iOS and Android apps — and turns their behavior into issues, analytics, a site map and funnels. Nothing appears until the SDK is live on your site and visitors arrive.
Start in the sidebar: Flamio On-Live > Setup. See Install the web SDK and Mobile apps.
Flamio Vision
Vision runs unmoderated usability tests. You write a task, record the ideal way through it once, and send a link to people you choose. Their recordings come back with the struggle moments marked, and Flamio writes an AI report on what stopped them.
Start in the sidebar: Flamio Vision > Test Tasks. See Flamio Vision.
Flami, the assistant
Flami answers questions about the data the three products produce — in the app on the Assistant page, from the Flami button in the corner of every screen, or in Slack once you connect it. See Flami.
What each product needs installed
- Scout needs nothing installed — only a URL.
- On-Live needs the
@flamioai/web-sdksnippet deployed on your site, from Flamio On-Live > Setup. - Vision needs every tester to install the Flamio extension on a Chromium browser: Chrome, Edge or Opera. Firefox and Safari testers are turned away at the test link.
