Every Flami answer spends tokens from your organization's balance — see the balance and each answer's charge in Usage.
Every answer Flami gives — in Flamio, in Slack or in an AI tool — spends tokens from your organization's balance. Usage shows the balance and one row per answer.
Before you begin
- Anyone in your organization can open Usage.
Check the spend
Open Usage
Click Settings, then Usage under Billing.
Read the balance
The large figure under Token balance shows the tokens remaining. Every answer spends from it.
Find the answers in the history
Scroll to Usage history. Each answer is one row with Assistant message in the Activity column.
Page through the history
Use Previous and Next under the table.
Result
You see how much the assistant spent and when. In Slack, an answer canceled because it took too long is not charged.
When the balance runs out, Flami stops answering and shows Out of tokens. Top up under Settings > Plans & billing. See Tokens and Plans.
