Manage your chats with Flami
Reopen a past chat, rename or delete one, and tell Flamio whether an answer helped.
Chats belong to your whole organization. Every member sees them, so a good answer is there for the team to reopen.
Before you begin
- Anyone in your organization can read and reopen chats.
- To rename, delete or rate, you need the Editor, Admin or Owner role.
Reopen a past chat
Open the chat list
Click Assistant in the sidebar. The left rail lists every chat in your organization under All chats. A teammate's chat carries their first name under the title.
Open a chat
Click a chat to reopen it. When you come back to the Assistant page, it reopens the chat you were last in.
To start over, click New Chat.
From any other screen, click the Flami button in the corner: its first screen lists the organization's latest chats under Recent. Click one to reopen it in the panel, or click All chats for the whole list.
Rename or delete a chat
Open the chat options
Hover the chat in the left rail and click … (Chat options). In the Flami panel, the same button is on every row of All chats — the Recent list on its first screen has no options.
Rename or delete
Click Rename and type the new name, or click Delete.
Confirm the delete
In Delete chat?, click Delete.
Deleting removes the chat for everyone
Rate an answer
Find the icon row
Open the chat and find the row of icons directly under the answer.
Rate it
Click Good response for an answer that helped. For a wrong one, click Bad response — the Share feedback dialog opens.
Say what was wrong
Type what was wrong in Share more details (optional) and click Submit. Your conversation is included with the feedback.
The same row has Copy, to copy the answer text, and on the newest answer Ask again, which runs the same question again. Ask again adds a new answer below; it does not replace the old one.
