Watch tester recordings
Replay a Vision tester's session, jump to each struggle moment, and check the errors and performance behind it.
Every tester recording is a replay of the session in the browser. Flamio analyzes each one automatically and marks the frictions — the moments where the tester struggled — so you can jump straight to them.
Before you begin
- The task has at least one recording. See Share a task with testers.
- Any role can watch recordings, including Viewer.
- Frictions appear once the recording's Status reads Complete and its AI analysis column reads Analyzed. Analysis starts by itself after the upload — there is no button to press.
Open the task's recordings
In the sidebar, click Flamio Vision > Test Tasks, click the task, and scroll to Recordings.
Each row shows Status, Duration, Frictions, AI analysis (Analyzed or Pending) and when it was Recorded. Your own reference run carries a Happy path badge.
Open the player
Click a recording row. The player opens with the recording's name, the screen size and the duration at the top.
Pick what to look at
Use the panel on the right of the player:

| Errors | JavaScript errors, console logs and failed network requests. Narrow the list with All, Bugs, Logs or Network. |
| Performance | The page's web vitals, each rated Good, Needs work or Poor. |
| Info | The device, viewport and browser details, and the number of clicks and scrolls. |
Jump to a moment
Click any item in the panel. The player jumps to about a second before that moment and pauses there. Press play to watch what happened.
Result
You see exactly where and how the tester struggled, with the errors and performance data from the same moment.
For a quicker route, click the number in a row's Frictions column on the task page. A drawer opens with the evidence for each friction, and you can jump straight to a moment from there.
Read the task's numbers
The cards at the top of the task page sum up all its recordings:
- Recordings — how many sessions the task collected, and how many are analyzed.
- Avg duration — the average length of a recording.
- Total frictions — struggle moments across all analyzed recordings.
- Avg / session — frictions per recording, marked looks healthy or higher than ideal.
When there is friction data, Top frictions in this task shows the most frequent friction types. View full analysis opens the task's AI reports.
Delete a recording
You need the Editor, Admin or Owner role. In the Recordings table, click the trash icon on the row, then click Delete in Delete recording?.
This cannot be undone
Limitations
- Flamio does not have one list of every tester recording — instead, each task's Recordings table lists the recordings it collected. The Recent recordings card on the Dashboard is a shortcut to the newest recordings in the active project.
