Flamio AI Refund Policy
How refunds work for Flamio plans and token packs. Tokens are prepaid digital products, so all sales are final except where a refund is required by law.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Flamio plans and token packs. Flamio is operated by Oleksandr Huliuvatyi, an individual entrepreneur (ФОП) registered in Ukraine. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), which is the seller of record for your purchase.
2. All Sales Are Final
Flamio sells prepaid usage credits (“tokens”) and subscription plans that grant tokens. Because tokens are a digital product that is made available to you immediately, all payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
This applies to both one-time token packs and subscription charges (including renewals).
3. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings.
Cancellation stops all future charges. Your plan and remaining tokens stay available until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the current or past billing periods, except where required by law.
4. One-Time Token Packs
Token packs are added to your balance immediately upon purchase and are consumable. Purchased token packs are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, including, where applicable, EU/UK rights. Where the law grants you a right to a refund that cannot be excluded, that right prevails over this policy.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to digital content, you acknowledge that by starting to use the tokens you may lose that right once the content has been supplied, to the extent permitted by law.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us at contact@flamio.org with your account email and the transaction details. Eligible refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
