A pilot is a separate engagement, not a subscription tier or an Enterprise plan. Its value is the work we do together around your product.

How it works
Together, we choose the business-critical journeys to explore, from onboarding and checkout to billing or a core product workflow. We agree on the questions, user roles, and what a useful outcome looks like.
Before we begin, we agree on the timeline, token allocation, integrations, adaptations, and team involvement. You know which flows we will investigate and what the pilot will deliver.
Our technical team helps connect your stack, configure relevant features, and set up funnels for the selected journeys. Any custom work stays within the scope we agree together.
Our specialists analyze the available data across your agreed flows: funnels, session recordings, Scout and Vision findings, and JavaScript errors and failed requests where captured. We validate key findings and discuss their relevance with your team.
We bring the findings together with supporting evidence, reproduction steps where available, priorities, and recommendations. Your team gets a structured view of what to investigate or improve next.
Your pilot ends with a configured platform and a structured review of what we learned. The aim is to give your team evidence to act on and a clear basis for deciding what comes next.
Every pilot has an agreed duration, scope, token allowance, and limit on team work. Analysis covers the available data within those flows; it does not mean reviewing every session or finding every issue. Any business impact depends on the evidence available and the changes your team implements.
After the pilot, you can continue independently with a subscription or discuss a separate ongoing engagement. Weekly expert reviews and individual development work do not automatically carry over into a subscription.
